Bridget joined the Pink Sheet during the very first US Prescription Drug User Fee Act cycle and has maintained a focus on the US FDA’s drug review and approval process. Her role as managing editor of US regulatory analysis builds on her long experience at the Pink Sheet and its earlier affiliated publications Pharmaceutical Approvals Monthly and the NDA Pipeline. She oversees the Pink Sheet’s US FDA Performance Tracker suite of regulatory data, which also inform her coverage of drug development and clinical trial design. Bridget he is always interested in seeing how regulatory policy works out in practice and contributes to the Pink Sheet’s Drug Review Profile series. Outside of work, Bridget keeps track of her family, three dogs, and ever-expanding library of mystery novels.

Sarah specializes in the policy and politics that affect the pharmaceutical industry. She covers the US Food and Drug Administration, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Service and Congress and other parts of federal and state government. Her work explores how government policies influence how drugs are developed and approved, what diseases are prioritized by scientists, and who gets access to medicines and at what cost. Sarah has covered health care since 2011. Prior to returning to the Pink Sheet in March 2020, she covered health policy at Politico for five years. She is a regular panelist on the Kaiser Health News 'What the Health' podcast. Sarah was selected for and attended a 2018 International Women’s Media Foundation reporting fellowship in Rwanda. In 2016, she attended Harvard Medical School’s media fellowship on bioethics and, in 2014, was an Association of Health Care Journalists-National Library of Medicine Fellow.

Eliza began reporting on health and medical science in 2018 while completing her Master’s degree in Journalism at City, University of London. During her degree program she interned at C+D and on the London Evening Standard’s health desk. In the years since, Eliza has written about everything from mid-stage drug development to market access for medicines and devices in the EU and beyond. Her work explores the trials and tribulations of securing reimbursement for medical products in Europe, and Eliza is particularly interested in the challenges of funding innovation in health care. Eliza has lived in London since 2017 and is originally from Cheshire, in the north west of England. She has a first-class BSc in Biomedicine from Birkbeck College, University of London and a BA in English Literature from the University of Manchester.
