Third-Party Access

Citeline’s Third-Party Access (TPA) program streamlines the process for existing clients to request an agreement for a third-party vendor to perform services for that client.

TPAs enable Citeline clients to share Citeline data, content and information with vendors for a predefined purpose and are available exclusively for the support of the requesting Citeline client. This program has been designed to make third-party access as quick and seamless as possible for clients and their projects. Third-party access licenses are usually for limited use only.

TPA application process

Third-party process

Third parties may not use the Citeline data made available under any TPA for their own purposes or benefit. Citeline clients must have active, enterprise licenses to the Citeline products they wish to have their third-party vendor use.

The vast majority of TPAs are approved, though Citeline reserves the right to reject applications at its discretion.

Clients should not share any licensed Citeline data, information, excerpts, outputs, reports, or any other intellectual property with third-party vendors until applications have been formally approved and the relevant agreements are signed by all parties.

Vendors are not permitted to initiate TPA applications, these must come from the client company.
